Throughout my career I have continually taken on dynamic leadership roles often in newly created positions, or with companies undergoing tremendous growth, and I have been able to consistently achieve or exceeded results for the stakeholders – these experiences laid the groundwork for my agile mindset and set me on a course to succeed as a multi-awarding winning entrepreneur over the past 10 years.
For me, the underpinning of achieving successful results in business is about gearing planning, implementation, and navigating solutions toward a clear vision, utilizing the power of collaboration for cross-functional department success, and supporting teams through change to naturally build a healthy work environment. Along with being open to a lot of learning, coupled with cultivating honest internal and external relationships, and of course, a strong dose of personal tenacity never hurt!
With +15 years experience of team supervision and managing at the executive level, I have developed strategic planning and implementation skills, and fine-tuned my critical thinking abilities, as I gained experience overseeing organizational policies and procedures, and oversaw budgets from grassroots charities to $90 million governance.
My diverse work history has allowed me to hone my skills in adult facilitation and training with +6000 hours of personal development and business mentoring. In addition to +10 years of event and programming coordination, branding and multi-media content, whereas, relationship management, community engagement, and civic responsibility has been a natural inclination since my early youth.
